This session aims to create a masterpiece that represents the conference theme or the groups values. The teams are supplied with a large canvas, paints, brushes, and overalls. Each team paints a piece of the vision. When all canvases are completed they fit together, to reveal the "Vision Picture Perfect"
The masterpiece/mural is hung in the conference room or office as a constant reminder of the achievable results through working together on the "Big Picture"
