The AAA Golden Grail is a real trophy, for which the teams will be participating, but it is more than that, it is a physical materialization of one team’s superiority over every other “dud” team. How teams win the Golden Grail is by……
> Performing well and enthusiastically at any activity sent their way via the facilitators.
> Realise in life as in business things are not always perfect or ideal and when this happens refer to the full session title ie: Adjust Adapt and Achieve Golden Grail Trophy (NO WHINGEING).
> Present the most superior photo essay
> Have superior strategies, tact and physical prowess in the “AAA Outdoor Challenge”.
The whole purpose of this activity is to have your group to participate against each other and lose sight of the fact that in reality they are all on the one team, that while they compete as a unit, section, department, or State, they are going for a big piece of a small pie, but when they support each other across small minded boundaries they are contributing towards attaining a small piece of a huge pie which is at least ten thousand times bigger than the biggest piece of any small pie!!!
