Chris Beer, CEO – OPSM

OPSM has been associated with simon Small and malcolm McLeod for several years now. They have been heavily involved in the three national conferences OPSM holds each year, working with our HR and Leadership teams and providing content which creates great individual momentum for positive actions after the event.  Specifically, simon is conducting a personal coaching programme for the entire leadership team, with amazing results.
We will be more than happy to provide you with more detail of simon and malcolm's involvement with our Company and the results they have coached us to achieve.

Graham 'SKROO' Turner, CEO & Co-Founder Flight Centre Ltd
“simon Small has been associated with Flight Centre for five years now. During this time they have provided a range of services to Flight Centre from coaching an entire level of management through to conducting numerous teamBuilding and adventure based development activities for the organisation. Our ongoing association with him is testament to the fact that we continue to benefit from this relationship. As a people based business it is gratifying to see the development and growth of our individuals and teams. simon and his team are extremely professional and excellent at what they do. I recommend them to any organisation that is serious about growing its people.”

David Usasz, Partner - Financial Advisory Services, PriceWaterhouse Coopers

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for helping our first PriceWaterhouse Coopers FAS Retreat to be such a success. The handwriting analysis on the Friday night was enjoyed by everybody and was a great introduction to the team building which followed the following day. I was amazed at how you were able to motivate everybody into action on the Saturday when everybody was feeling less than energetic. However, evrybody thoroughly enjoyed the team building activities on Saturday morning and this is a tribute to you and your team. The feedback from the staff since the retreat has been extremely favourable and complimentary. The level of interaction between the different divisions after this weekend has increased substantially. Thank you again for your assistance and I look forward to working with you again in the near future."

Wayne Jenvey, Executive Partner Dibbs Barker Gosling

“The progression from Senior Associate to Partner in a contemporary law firm is not short of challenges for both the candidate and the existing partnership. Often the processs is treated too lightly or becomesentrenched in misunderstanding.

simon Small has been engaged in coaching two of this firm's most recent internal promotions from Senior Associate to Partner and will continue to be used in the future for the same exercise. The advantage of having simon assist in achieving all parties aims and co-ordinating both effective communication and the desired level of motivation and focus from individual candidates can not be overstated."

Valerie Percival, Special Events Manager,
IBM Australia Limited

I would formally like to thank you for your participation in our recent Asia Pacific Recognition Event.Your role as emcee was a difficult one and I think you handled it superbly.  We didn’t actually seek feedback in our survey forms on the emcee but we did receive several unsolicited comments along the lines of…….the emcee was great……malcolm was outstanding.I know we gave you a bit of a hard time with scripted elements which are not your usual forte or style but you handled those challenges like the professional you are. Many thanks malcolm, and I look forward to the next opportunity of working with you.

John Hosken, State Sales Manager CUB – Qld

simon Small and his team recently assisted us to bring together our annual conference for our Qld Marketing and Sales Team.  Through their end to end service, simon was able to facilitate a very successful conference from concept of delivery in a very interactive and energetic way.  simon bought several innovative solutions to the table for us and the end result was an extremely powerful and enjoyable conference.  We were able to participate fully with our team during the conference due to simon’s work as a conference facilitator, and relax knowing all the details had been actioned by the team.  The highlight of the conference for me personally was “Explosive Minds”. A concept we knew nothing about prior to simon’s introduction.  Thanks for your help in making the conference a great success.

Karen Barker, Country Manager New Zealand, OPSM

NZ is still raving about you and the day one of my Manager’s Conference. They all went back to store yesterday and gave out "red jelly beans" their teams (simulating the red pill commitment you asked of my leaders)! How cool is that!! I have gone through your suggested action steps and we as a Leadership Team have reviewed them and are putting them in place for the end of August. All of them are psyched! I will keep you posted as to our progress. Thanks again for your input and for your support to me on the day it was greatly appreciated… Ciao KB

Mary Humphrey, GM, Tony Powell Hose Supplies

The feed back from our staff on your Saturday presentation has been extremely positive and I wanted to pass this information onto you. Both the programme content and your presentation style was very well received, as being professional, engaging and extremely motivating.  Comments included:

> your approach was down-to-earth, no-nonsense, and easy to relate to one's personal life.

> that they may have had prior knowledge of the content of your presentation, but that on hearing it within the programme context, it had more relevance and they were now more motivated to act upon it.

>
that by going through the self-analysis, and documenting the results, they now possessed hard evidence as to where they were "at". It's hard to blame someone else when you can see that you are the problem.

> that they would now be able to prioritise their lives in a more meaningful way.

As you rightly pointed out, the short-term effects of the programme will wear off, and we intend to follow your advice and introduce a monitoring system to ensure that an individual's self-analyses remains in their 'top-of-mind' awareness.  As a company, we cannot expect to achieve our potential and reach the goals we set, unless we have people on board with the same view viz. themselves, and are prepared to deliver for us. The major objective for us, as a business, is to add value. I see the corporate athlete model as a simple, but powerful tool which can, by adding value to an individual's personal and professional life, enhance the value of the company they work for.

simon, I am sure we will have the opportunity to enlist your services in the future and I am happy to act as a referee and will be recommending your programme to friends and colleagues.

Shane Richardson, Director, Carlton United Beverages

Just a quick note to thank you for your help and facilitation of our Queensland Marketing and Sales Conference.  The conference was a great success with many of my team commenting on how much they enjoyed both the learning and teamBuilding sessions that were run over the three days.  Thanks again for your contribution to the success of the conference, and I look forward to catching up with you again soon.

Dan Williams, Managing Director,
Applewood Pty Ltd (Property Developers)

In January this year we briefly discussed an idea to organise a corporate outing to involve a dozen of my consultants and service providers, then left it up to you! You gave us several options with the Hinchinbrook Island programme being developed from a simple idea into a fully organized and budgeted programme with just the right balance of sweat and toil and reward.

The ability of your organisation does not stop at preparation of the journey. It gives a serious focus to preparation of the individual participant to ensure they are well equipped to face and conquer the various components of the challenge.

This combination all but guaranteed a thoroughly enjoyable adventure and cemented forever a closer and more corporative relationship between my company and our various consultants.  In the past we have hosted two day seminars that involved ‘teamBuilding’, golf, recreation and lavish dinners. This always guaranteed a hangover, but realistically little else.

During the six weeks of pre-trek training a recognizable bond was forged between all members of the adventure. A comfortable form of trust and confidence was given and returned between yourselves and the trainees, I believe this initiated the overwhelming success of the journey and instilled a sense of well being among all participants. The leadership and support shown by yourself and Alan was second to none and the whole programme was totally organized and immaculately executed.

We have had overwhelming feedback from all the people who participated and would like to thank you for such a memorable journey. I would be more than willing to meet and discuss our experience with other potential clients of yours and cannot speak more highly of two representatives or the organisation you represent.

gail Black, Senior Associate, Flower and Hart

You have managed to bring together on our Hinchinbrook Island hiking and kayaking adventure a group of consultants who have worked together on projects for years but never really knew each other. In only one week you turned a group of individuals into a "team".
This experience has revealed in me a newfound confidence to meet challenges head on – and what’s more enjoy them! Nothing can describe the exhilaration of setting a tough goal and accomplishing it. I have learned many new life skills and some valuable lessons from the experience. I am a better and stronger person for having taken up the challenge.Your professionalism and leadership skills made our trip a safe, challenging and rewarding adventure. I can’t thank you enough!

Lex McKenzie, Managing Director, Lucon Construction

Thank you for your contribution to our very successful project management seminar.  The format was excellent and the overall structure will extend the impact of the event well beyond the 2 days. The course was even able to motivate some of our most hardened and cynical construction managers and they are a pretty tough breed.  The course made people feel valued, the venue was both fit for the purpose and exceptional.

Jeff Miller, head coach, QLD Reds Rugby Team

On behalf of the team and Management of the reds I would sincerely like to thank the your team for their professionalism, organisational and friendliness in running our pre-season camp.  The camp was a terrific success and was thoroughly enjoyed by all who participated. The chosen activities were both challenging and exciting (particularly abseiling from the Bank of QLD stand) and integrated perfectly wit the theme of the camp. The mix and progression of individual challenges teamBuilding activities and team challenges was spot on.  So too was your attention to detail and safety procedures.

I would also like to thank you personally, simon, for your guidance in defining our “5 pillars of success”.  Those definitions are now in place and have been readily accepted by the whole team. The camp has given us the base needed to build a successful team over the coming years and I look forward to continuing the relationship as we strive to win our first Super 12 title.

Racheal Poplawski, Manager, Moore Stephens HL Pty Ltd

“simon’s enthusiasm, positive focus and experience is evident during his coaching sessions. During my coaching programme I have had two major realisations..  Firstly, the huge impact, that goal setting has on our ability to achieve our desired outcomes and reach our full potential.  Secondly, that we don’t let issues that we are not able to change or control stop our momentum moving forward.
I have found my coaching sessions to be very rewarding and look forward to working with simon in the future. Many thanks”

bill Wild, Managing Director, John Holland Group

“This getaway was exactly what this group needed, apart from all the other outcomes you will achieve it is just getting to know each other that makes this time so valuable.  It is my intention to roll this out to all the divisions throughout John Holland Group.  Thankyou.”

CB Richard Ellis

I am really impressed and amazed at how we all handled ourselves as a group and as a team - and what we achieved - I took a lot away from that day - it was one of the best corporate days I have been to. (Peter Kneipp)

Was a very concerned participant however I could not believe how we all overcame our fears during the day (John Dwyer)

I got a chance to talk and interact with people who I wouldn't normally deal with in my day to day aspects of working at CBRE, I also got to see a few in a new light!!
The ropes course and the abseiling were fantastic and a great experience.......the walk up the hill nearly killed me though!!! (Nicole Waters)

I had a fantastic day, it was great to have the opportunity to go along and meet more cbre Thanks for organising a great day. (Nicole Webber)

I must admit to be a less than willing participant at first, but would now recommend it to anyone. (Dennis Morgan)

I found it a very rewarding and fulfilling day of activities and social interaction with my peers (Ed Bull)

Had a great day and looking forward to the next one (Nick Corrie)

It is etched in my memory forever as one of the more pleasant moments of my life. (Tania Moore)

I never thought I would attempt abseiling but totally enjoyed it - looking forward to the next challenge (Marg Hutchison)

Kasha Shillington, Director, Multiplex Developments

"This experience was invaluable in building the relationships within our relatively new and diverse team.  The programme's tailored preparation and exceptional organisation assured a great result which we are all now benefiting from, both in our business and individually.  Best of all, it was a rare experience which was fun, educational and challenging all at once."

Gerry Bridges, Human Resources Manager , B & R Enclosures
“We decided to do something different for this years sales planning meeting. We are a mature company who have enjoyed strong growth for last few years and have even stronger growth plans for next few years. To enable this growth we felt a need to engender a stronger entrepreneurial spirit. simon organised a hard and exciting days activity for the team from different states who all have various levels of  fitness. All really enjoyed the experience and there was strong team bonding plus a real we can do it attitude. The Gwinganna venue is perfect for this type of activity having a small self contained country town feel to it. The food, accommodation and function rooms were great.

In fact it was so good this group who were very skeptical as we started the day wanted to come back again next year.”

Ward Gough, Director, Ross Nielson Properties Pty Ltd

It has now been some weeks since our group’s three day leadership team getaway at Hidden Vale.  I am delighted to be able to report that our business is already reaping the benefits and in particular, the changes we have implemented have renewed focus and commitment to each other and to the company.  I would like to pass on my special thanks to all the members of your dedicated team for making the three days such a pleasure”.

ken Bridges, Managing Director, B & R Enclosures
“Another great event! Thanks for a really great day and the positive attitudes created! All your team are great blokes and talented people, with your team clearly the best at what they do. I could not recommend them highly enough.”

John Clothier, State Manager QLD, Colonial First State

I must admit that I was pretty conscious of the dollars being shelled out, however looking back I think that without a doubt we received value for money on our trip to Boars Head!

My inability to articulate accurately and do justice to the event is the only thing holding me back from writing a novel!  I kept the event a secret from the team so meeting at the office at 6:00 am for further instructions was all people were prepared for.  No one had any idea what they were about to challenge themselves with, and 12 hours later - achieve!

To say that emotions ran high would be a complete and utter understatement!  I must say a huge thank you to yourself and simon and the broader team for firstly structuring such a magnificent day, and more importantly running such an exhilarating, bonding and session.  simon's nature and manner in which he deals with novices through to experts (in their own minds) is magnificent.  The reassurance in these types of environments is very comforting.

We were all at some stages a shade outside our comfort zone (except me of course!), however the feeling of achievement at the end of the day was amazingly satisfying.

You can rest assured that I for one will not be backward in talking your praises.

Brian Knight - Senior Manager Sales Qld, Small Business Distribution, Suncorp

"It was unanimously agreed that the leadership development retreat, conducted recently at Peppers Hidden Vale, was the most satisfying development activity we have undertaken since coming together as a business unit 3 years ago.
The lessons that have come out it for me and my people are unbelievable, as well as providing the opportunity to forge friendships that will last a lifetime.

Further, it gave my team a boost, as senior leaders in their own right, helping them through challenging times in our business. The energy of the programme did not finish when we left Peppers, all 13 leaders have completed and submitted their personal development plans, providing them an excellent start for the year ahead.

In final praise of the conference I have had a number of the more senior leaders come to me separately telling me that this programme was the best development experience of their 16 year career in the finance industry.Thank you for this excellent opportunity.  I will definitely be using the services of simon again."

Sarah Childs, Queensland Treasury Corporation

'Our teamBuilding activity with simon and John from motivation worldwide gave us the opportunity to forge relationships between team members and the HR representative.  As consultant to the team, I found the exercise enlightening to see team and leadership processes acted out in a non-threatening and fun environment. The whole activity, from the bus trip out to the venue till we arrived back in the city, provided an enjoyable learning environment that was fun, relaxing and certainly a delightful way to spend an afternoon.
I will certainly be looking for other opportunities to utilize your services in the future. Thank you.

Paul McLEAN, Managing Director FPD Savills
"The recent three day team retreat conducted with our board, clearly met our outcomes. As a result of the programme we have greater clarity as to our roles, responsibilities, and direction as a team. It is now some weeks after the programme and there has been a continued perceptible improvement in the flow of communication between people, due in no small part to the fact that we just know each other better.  My senior management team has stated that they would recommend this programme to others.
I am very happy with the entire experience and specifically the results achieved, and I am committed to following up these initiatives with my team."

Kim Bredhaurer, Managing Director GRM International

“The retreat we held for our 55 staff at Noosa Lakes Resort in November of 2002 was a successful, enjoyable and pleasant experience for all. Thank you for contributing to the success of the retreat, and thanks to your team for their professional planning and execution of the activities on day 1 as well as the entertainment for that evening.
One of the advantages in working with you was that you were able to offer a range of solutions for our retreat including mini activities, the main activity, entertainment for the first evening and a facilitator for the 2nd day. Everyone was happy to work with your team and we have had only positive feedback about the activities.  Thank you again for your assistance.”

rachel Seymore, Manager Victoria, Flight Centre

"Climbing Mount Kinabalu has definitely been a turning point in my leadership and the leadership of those in my team.  The intense climb, inclement weather and altitude all combined to take us way out of our comfort zone.  The most outstanding learning experience was the massive impact of a positive environment and constantly looking at the bright side of every situation.  We made a conscious decision not to whinge and complain and the result was amazing.  Everybody has a voice inside their head saying "this is hard or I don't want to do it", but by providing an environment that did not accept this, it was amazing how that little voice was crushed, as the overwhelming energy is positive and fun. Thank you to simon and his team for the professional and safe conduct of this fantastic experience."

David Asplin, State Manager–Queensland-Colonial First State

I would like to express my appreciation for the remarkable way you put together our conference last week.  In terms of meeting our expectations, you succeeded in exceeding the objectives beyond our wildest expectations. Having taken part in many conferences/events with similar objectives in my twelve years in the funds management industry, the outcomes we achieved from last week are without comparison.
Not only am I very pleased with the results but every one of my team have stated we are all much closer as a working unit and much better placed as a team to tackle our ambitious goals.  We all feel we have gained an additional couple of team members and friends in Peter and Brian and look forward to including them in future activities.  We are sending you guys a CFS shirt and hat so you can all be kitted out as proud members of our group! You can be assured that all of our team and I will continue to speak highly of you all. Once again, thanks for a job well done.

Dibbs Barker Gosling
- Case Study
John*, a lawyer, worked for a large legal firm in Brisbane as an Associate and had potential to become a Partner, except for a lack of understanding of how the behaviour of a Partner differed to that of an Associate. John was also under performing, meeting only 70 - 80% of his budget, despite his obvious capability.  The firm approached simon to coach John and develop what they considered to be good talent and a valuable asset to their firm.

Implementing the three phases of the corporate coaching process, simon held a series of 360 degree feedback sessions with John, the Partners and John's colleagues. By establishing goal setting and goal congruence between the parties, simon helped raise John's awareness of behaviour issues, increased his self-esteem and personal fitness as well as promoted his profile with Partners and colleagues.

The firm, as an ancillary benefit to establishing John's goals, was forced to clarify and commit to what they determined were Partnership qualities, thereby establishing a clear set of guidelines for future promotions.

At the end of a three-month programme, John was made Partner and, in addition, the firm benefited on the bottom line with John exceeding 220% of his budgeted billings within a two-month timeframe. This amounted to an estimated increase of around $10,000 per month: a solid return on a $1,150 per month coaching investment.

Everything came together at the right time delivering the right message and leaving people with the right experience. From the moment Westpac proposed this venue and drew up the draft programme we new it was going to be all about the total experience.”

Peter Morahan, MD Moreton Hire

“Nothing succeeds like success”……Coming with simon and his team reconfirmed the power of setting goals and achieving them. This is a credible team development activity, very professionally run.

Ross Nielson, MD Ross Nielson Properties

“Thank you for a great experience. The climb was longer and harder than I thought it would be but, the way it was ‘systemised’ and managed made it not only achievable but fun.  Having ex commando and SAS personnel running the programme gives a great sense of professionalism and security. Many Thanks.

Ken Bridges, MD B & R Enclosures

“simon offered me an opportunity in a safe environment to test and extend my physical and emotional capability. The day was invigorating and challenging. I feel exhilarated at having achieved a goal that I know I would never have achieved any other way. Thanks to the team

“9 ½ hours of challenge managed by professionals with absolute safety.  Great for bonding and for us a sense of achievement. I think this is a must for my senior management team. Thank you.

Peter Lindores, Lindores Group

“From the time we were under direction of the simon Small and his team, I knew this was going to be one of the biggest challenges I have faced.  I feel that being lead by and interacting with the team and undertaking this challenge was one of the highlights of my life, but specifically due to the people who lead the activity this was definitely the best day of its kind I have ever had
.

Craig Spencer, Director Spencer-Carter Group

“Today was an important turning point in my life. simon Small presented to my group a challenge that I believed that I could accomplish with some ease.
This was not so, and this event has shown that I am not as emotionally or physically as equipped as I need to be. I need to priorities my fitness in my life plan. I was encouraged by themww team affirming that what I had achieved was a success for me, so much so, that I have made a commitment to increase my health and fitness levels and return to take on this challenge again.Well donemww, I have enjoyed this experience

rachel Miller, Executive, After Trekking the Kokoda Trail

I wanted to do Kokoda to really push my comfort zones. I got that and much more. I really know that my belief about what I can achieve has changed considerably.
You taught me a great deal about leadership. The ability to be tough when required yet caring when needed is a testament to your company’s great leadership skills.I learned a lot about myself - that the mind is the only obstacle and anything is possible. I saw a lot of my positive attributes and gained a great deal more self-belief, but it also heightened some areas that need to be worked on.Finally, thank you for the opportunity. It was an experience of a lifetime and I will never forget it.

Amanda Lacaze, Commercial & Consumer, Marketing, Telstra
"Just a quick note to thank you for the work you put into our recent Marketing Conference. Your individual style was refreshing, and selection of team building activities both hilarious and rewarding. The conference could not have been as successful as it was, without your personal contribution." Lyn Wilson, Marketing and Events Manager, CommNet SA
"We were very pleased to have you as the dinner speaker at our Annual Government Business Conference in Adelaide...Your presentation was certainly a highlight and contributed significantly to the forming of relationships between delegates by making it a fun and very entertaining evening."

Stephen J Luczo, Chief Executive Officer, Seagate
"I want to thank you for travelling to San Diego to be a part of our Executive Management Meeting. As you know, it's difficult to pull together a large group of senior executives. Many of our executives come from various cultures, and the program you designed enabled everyone to participate. I have received very positive feedback from the participants and I look forward to working with you again in the future."

David Van Hornigh, Partner, KPMG Chartered Accountants"

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much indeed for the most professional and highly effective facilitation you have provided to our Management Consulting team over the last year... Your skills in relating to us and assessing our needs were exceptional. Preparing our first follow-up session to progress solutions to issues raised at the conference was quite a challenge and, I must say, I was delighted with th level of analysis and thought that had gone into the recommendations presented by the group...Malcolm, your infectious enthusiasm and the ability to "pump" us up has been greatly appreciated and I look forward to our continued professional relationship in the new year"

Andrew Delbridge, Managing Partner, MojoPartners

"Like most businesses MojoPartners has gone through many changes in the last twelve months, so it was vital to bring our staff together to develop both a feeling of ownership and involvement in shaping our future direction. From your handwriting analysis which broke the ice to the many interesting exercises run throughout the weekend you managed to captivate, what can often be a tough audience and hold their attention over the entire weekend. The conference would not have been anywhere near as valuable or productive without your involvement"

Abigail North, Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific, Robert Walters

"Staff response has been brilliant! The beach activities were a hit, largely due to your own enthusiasm and enrgy but also that of your supporting team! Thank you so much for co-ordinating such a wide variety of events, it was more than we anticipated at such short notice. Everyone showed great team spirit which was exactly what we were hoping to achieve. I have received so many comments and congratulations on the entire weekend, and my thanks go out to all the team who helped make it the success it was."

Louise Ferris, Allen Allen & Hensley Solicitors & Notaries

"On behalf of Allen Allen & Hemsely I would like to say thank you for an entertaining and motivating presentation...The "buzz" around the office after the breakfast was amazing and your comments had everyone talking and boasting about some of the more favourable behavioural traits which were discussed."

Scott Bell, Chairman, Australian Freight Services

"You have clearly been a strong influence in providing our staff with a memorable weekend in as much as changing our handwriting, adjusting our attitude with our clients, making sure we are well equipped in focussing on our client's needs and giving us some team activities to bring us all together."

Karen Donaldson, PA General Manager Sales, Energex
"I thought we would find it tough competing with the activities we organised last year both in terms of budget and the "fun"element. Yet, we all agree! We had an outrageous time - plenty of fun and lots of learning at an affordable price!"

Sarah J Gray, President, IPSA Queensland Division

"What an incredible day! On behalf of IPSA Queensland Division, I would like to express sincere thanks to you for your efforts in making our One-Day Seminar so successful. We have had nothing but positive feedback from those who attended the Seminar. So many people have approached me and said how much they learned about themselves and the people they work and live with. And to think this learning took place while we were having fun!"

Karen Elliot-Smith, National Training Manager, Paraplanning Professionals

Your development of the ParaPlanning Professionals Golden Grail Challenge helped to add a lot of fun to what was otherwise a very technical conference. Our delegates had come from all over Australia and so the team building aspect of the activities was exactly what we wanted and needed. The phot essays taken of the different events helped all delegates to get to know each other in more ways than one. Malcolm, your handwriting analysis over dinner was great entertainment...Again thank you for adding significant value to our very first conference."

Vickianne Lane, Manager - Events, Queensland Master Builders Association

"I think despite your 'hammering' of some of our 'randomly selected volunteers' everyone was suitably entertained and well informed. Judging by the riotous bouts of laughter coming from the audience as well as the crowd you had around you at the end of the lunch the handwriting was a hit!!! You certainly left everyone better acquainted with each other!!

Tony Hasham, Regional Director Australia, New Zealand & South East Asia, Shwarzkopf

"The event was an outstanding success and your efforts contributed greatly. Malcolm, our delegates as you stated, will not be the same after your presentation. Your energy and subject matter had all of our delegates enthralled, mesmerised and entertained. Your material was relevant and your presentation style was first rate. I know from speaking with many of our delegates that they found your information of great benefit both to themselves and in turn their businesses."

Ian Judson, Director, Grant Thornton

"The feedback we received from our managers was fantastic. Our recent conference will be remembered for a long time thanks to the mmw crew. We would recommend mmw for any group who are serious about getting the best out of team building events."

Bruce Humphreys, Managing Partner, Hopgood Ganim Lawyers

IIt is with a great deal of satisfaction that I write to thank you for the contribution to our professional retreat this year. As you are aware, we started with a blank canvas on what we were trying to achieve from this years and you not only gave us the framework of your component of the day, but also allowed us to
retrospectively build other elements of the event.

IIt is rare in this day and age that you encounter an organization with such an abundance of enthusiasm and skill that they not only meet your expectations but indeed, take your organization to another plane. Your team at Motivation World Wide did this with ease. You have an amazing ability to read and understand what an organizations trying to achieve and to that end, the fact that a number of
staff were moved to tears (in a positive way) by the end of the day suggests you more than hit the spot. One of the difficulties arising out of this years’ retreat is the now almost impossible task that you have set for us in trying to do better next year.

II am confident that with your involvement in our practice, we will not only meet the challenge but we will set another new benchmark. On a personal note, I would like to thank you very much for your efforts. An an organiser, I couldn’t have asked for anything more and as a participant, I was personally lifted by what you were able to show us.I look forward to working with you over the coming months.

Sue Duncan, Bayleys Event Co-ordinator

Dear Malcolm,

On behalf of Bayleys, the organizing committee and all the administration staff who attended the Powder Room event last Friday I would like to thank you so much your amazing Brain writing presentation.  The feedback we have received has been overwhelmingly good.  The girls just loved your session, not only for what they got out of it personally but your high energy, frank and humorous delivery.

We had a great afternoon/evening out at Villa Maria Winery where we all enjoyed being pampered and indulged!

Hope your afternoon went well and you have sorted things out with Mike and John Sinclair.  I have a meeting with John tomorrow so will catch up on the progress of the meeting then.  In the mean time I look forward to receiving your flight details for September and how you would like to travel to the Chateau.

Thanks also for all your gifts!!  Love the hats, shirt, - haven't indulged in the Vodka yet...

Many thanks again, look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks.

Kind regards
Sue Duncan
